The Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IIT Guwahati) will release the IIT GATE Admit Card 2026 on 02 January 2026 at the official website gate2026.iitg.ac.in. Candidates who have successfully registered for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2026) can download their hall ticket using the application number and date of birth. The GATE 2026 examination will be conducted on 07, 08, 14 and 15 February 2026.

IIT GATE Eligibility 2026
Candidates who have passed or are appearing in BE, BTech, BPharma, BArch, BSc Research, MSc, MA, MCA, ME, MTech, Dual Degree or Integrated Courses from a recognized university are eligible to apply for GATE 2026. There is no age limit for appearing in the GATE examination.

How to Download IIT GATE Admit Card 2026
- Visit the official website gate2026.iitg.ac.in
- Click on the GATE 2026 Admit Card download link
- Enter Application Number and Date of Birth
- Submit the details
- Download and print the admit card
Candidates must carry a printed copy of the GATE 2026 admit card along with a valid photo ID
to the examination center. Entry without admit card will not be allowed.
